Located on the outskirts of the ginormous Dolphin Mall in Doral the restaurant sits next to the live music stage – palm trees everywhere.

There is the most amazing delicious salad bar just inside the door at Texas de Brazil – More delectable than I’ve probably ever seen.

Our waiter told us upfront -

Although tempting, don’t eat too much there.

And then he explained what turning your round table card to green meant.

A small set of silver tongs allows you to hold the slices of meat as they come off the skewer right to your plate.

When you need a breather – return the card to red for a bit.  You can always flip it green again.
