Salmon to Die For

Jim, a friend of Tim's received a guided fishing trip for his birthday this year and planned to take his brother along for the adventure. When his brother ended up with a very sick child and couldn't go, Jim asked Tim if he'd like to go along -- Well, ....twist his rubber arm!

The only catch of the day was Tim's and boy was it a nice one! When the cooler arrived home, there were two 5lb fillets of the most delicious salmon you ever tasted. Obviously, we couldn't eat it all at once so we froze the rest and have been enjoying it ever since. Tim gave Grandma Wilder a picture of the fish and a note to come over for Salmon for Mother's Day. Keep up the practice!!
